Product Prices and Specifications
We reserve the right to change specifications, availability of products or discontinue products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible but, due to the nature of the product that we work with, sizes and design may occasionally vary slightly.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products at anytime without notice.
Current prices supersede those given in previous price lists.
All of our prices exclude delivery.
We will try, where possible, to accommodate your deadlines. If you require an urgent order, please email us at email@example.com.
Fingerprint and Handprint Kits
We aim to dispatch kits by first class delivery within three working days from receiving payment for your order.
The fingerprint moulding kit should allow you enough putty to take two impressions. The inkless paper should be enough to take more than one print. From these, we will pick the best one to work from. We will try to work with any prints you send us, but it is vital to note that if prints are unusable, we will have to charge again to send out another kit to you, or you will incur a change for the kit used.
If you are concerned in any way about how to take prints, please contact us and we will help where possible.
You will be required to sign to confirm you are satisfied that we can use the prints you have provided.
We are not liable if your kit is lost in the post.
We send all of our kits via first class delivery. If you wish us to send this via special delivery, this will incur an additional cost.
We will keep any prints on file for two years, and you can reorder any products from us without requiring a reprint. Please let us know you have prints on file when you contact us.
We accept payments by credit or debit card using Paypal via our website or by cash, cheque and internet banking.
Goods shall remain the property of Little Sprout Keepsake Jewellery until full payment has been received.
Full payment for goods is required before dispatch.
Dispatching Your Product
Finished items are dispatched within 21 days of receiving the impression kit back from the customer.
At busy times of the year such as Christmas, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Production turnaround times may be longer. We will keep you informed if this is the case. Full details will appear on the website and we will contact customers where appropriate.
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays beyond our immediate control.
All Finished Silver Jewellery items is sent by Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Caring for Your Jewellery
We accept no responsibility for damage that is incurred as a result of not following or adhering to our Caring for Your Jewellery page.
It is important to note that we do not solder our jump rings. Whilst we use very strong jump rings, there is a risk that excessive stress or pulling on the piece can separate the pendant or charm from its fastening. Some jewellers will solder jump rings if the customer prefers, but this is at their risk. Any work that is completed after delivery of the product is not the responsibility of Little Sprout Keepsake Jewellery.
Late or Non Arrival of Product
If your delivery is late or doesn’t arrive within the quoted delivery timescale, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of a non-delivery, we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days have passed, which are the timescales set by Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
Damaged goods and order anomalies are required to be reported within seven days of receipt of goods.
Product Cancellation and Returns
Our cancellation policy is strictly non-refundable. The only exception to this is if your item is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the item ordered. Please check the order carefully.

If you do wish to cancel any order purchased via our shop, you may do so before your imprint kit is sent out via post. You can do this via your confirmation email.
If you cancel an order after delivery, you must return your order at your own expense to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. If you are unable to return the goods, you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order. You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. We will be entitled to charge you (an equivalent amount to the delivery charge) for this collection. These conditions will apply in the event of any discount/ special offer applied to delivery charges. We will not be liable for any cost incurred in the return of cancelled goods. In the event of cancellation, you will be advised to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
